You can permanently delete your Stepaside Studios account and its data at any time.
Delete it in the app
1. Open the Stepaside Studios app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Privacy & data.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.
What gets deleted
Your profile, your posts, comments and reactions, your chat messages (including voice and video messages), photos and videos you uploaded, event RSVPs, and any dancer records you are the sole manager of. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we keep, and for how long
Content you shared into a class may remain visible to that class until an administrator removes it; when a class is deleted its files are retained for 30 days and then permanently removed. Voice and video messages in chat are automatically deleted 90 days after they are sent. We keep the minimum required to meet our legal and safety obligations, and no longer than necessary.
Can't access the app?
If you can't sign in, email us and we'll delete your account and data on your behalf. For a child's account, a parent or guardian can request deletion the same way.
